1. Where do your flowers come from?
From more places than we have been to! For local flowers, we have varieties from Baguio, Tagaytay, Bukidnon, etc. For imported flowers, we carry variants from Holland, China, Japan, and Ecuador.
2. Are all types of flowers available at your store?
Unfortunately, no. Some flowers you see on the internet (by that we mean Pinterest), are mostly imported and not readily available to ship in the Philippines. We base our selections on reliable, perennial favorites and interesting seasonal flowers that are available from our trusted suppliers.
3. Can you exactly replicate the same arrangement as this picture reference?
Sadly, we can’t. We always do our best to re-create each arrangement, but it won’t be 100% the same due to flowers’ seasonal differences which affect the availability/colour/size, and shape of each bloom. Even the same flower will have peculiarities in the shade, tone, and the way they have naturally grown. Such is the virtue and beauty of nature!
If this is something you’d like to know more about, you may send us a message and we’d love to chat!
4. Do you accept custom arrangements?
Yes, we do but this is subject to confirmation.
5. How do you wrap your bouquets?
Every so often, we re-invent our wrapping style to keep up with the times.
6. How do I care for the flowers?
If you receive a wrapped bouquet, remove the wrapping and place the flowers in a vase with clean water. Change the water every two days and give the stems a 1cm trim diagonally.
7. What’s this wire or stick taped to a flower stem?
Flowers with soft stems are prone to breakage. To ensure that it is well-supported in the bouquet, we add these so that it is easier to handle.
8. How long do the flowers last?
Flowers typically last 3-5 days in our local heat and humidity. To prolong the life of your flowers, make sure the water and vase are clean and changed every two days and the flower stems trimmed. Remove any fading petals, leaves, or stems to prevent them from contaminating the water with bacteria.
9. Do you preserve flowers?
No, we don’t. We purchase dried/preserved flowers from our trusted suppliers.
10. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not included in our Modes of Payment to avoid wastage of flowers for last-minute order cancellations.
